My name is Reza Rezamand, Born in Iran and coming from a family who love sport and especially my dad who was a professional Boxer.
I Started fitness since the age of 12, doing Muay Thai Kickboxing for a few years and then slowly became interested in doing more fitness, as my idol was Arnold. So I have started to follow that route but still keeping myself active with martial arts. I compete in the fitness physique category in the UK. I live and breathe the gym and have competed for the past 3 years all around the united kingdom. I am also a proud father and business man and look forward to introducing my son to the fitness world.
